The Cathedral of St. Andrew Youth Chorale is seeking new members for the Spring 2019 season. The Chorale practices most Tuesday evenings from 6:30 to 7:30 and they sing for Sunday 5:30 Mass about once a month. The fund was established by the parishes of the Central Deanery to financially assist registered, active and qualifying parish families who are unable to pay the full tuition cost for Catholic High School and Mount St. Mary Academy in Little Rock and St. Joseph in Conway. Sixty-eight (68) students benefited from this scholarship fund in the 2018-2019 Academic Year. Applications for the 2019-2020 school year are now available at the Cathedral Office. Applications must be submitted to your Parish Office for pastoral approval no later than Friday, April 26. Sunday January 20, Bishop Anthony Taylor will preside at our Annual Diocesan Mass for Life. The Mass will be celebrated in the Robinson Center Performance Hall (Broadway & Markham), Little Rock at 12:00 Noon. Prior to the Mass, Bishop Taylor will lead a Eucharistic Procession for Life through the Riverfront Park in downtown Little Rock. Join hundreds of Catholics at this new event as we give public witness to our faith and hope in Jesus Christ! The procession route is approximately one mile long; however, there are multiple entry points for those with limited mobility.
